Fielding Check

A natural mottled beige linen checked through with black yarn, each black line crossed with the base linen colour so the check comes out soft and organic rather than sharp. Fielding is a medium-to-heavy linen woven from European flax spun in Normandy, with a subtle crinkle and a beautifully uneven, mottled colour. A little rayon runs only through the check, giving it a raised, velvety, brushed feel against the linen. It softens with every wash and wear — like all good linen, it gets better with time. Ideal for trans-seasonal trousers, skirts and jackets.

Fabric Care: Hand wash in warm water. Do not soak, bleach or wring. Drip dry or dry without delay from direct heat.  Warm iron. Dry cleanable. 

Our fabric is sold per 25 cm (¼ metre). If you would like to purchase one metre of fabric please enter 4 units. When purchasing multiple units, the fabric will be cut continuously.
