Join us for a comprehensive workshop -  "Master the Monster" - taming your overlocker workshop at beautiful Lewington Studio, where you'll gain the skills and understanding to unlock your overlocker's full potential.

• Duration: 9am to 1pm  (doors open 8.30am)

• Class Size: Small group for personalised attention

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN:

Machine maintenance, threading, tensions, stitch width, stitch length, differential feed, basic overlocking skills, standard rolled hemming. 
This hands-on workshop is perfect for sewists who want to gain a greater understanding of their overlocker and move beyond basic functions. Whether you're intimidated by threading, confused about tension settings or simply want to explore what your machine can really do, this workshop will give you the confidence and knowledge to make your overlocker your best sewing friend. This is a relaxed, supportive class where Michelle will  work through everything step by step. By the end, you'll head home ready to use your overlocker more often, feeling confident, capable and maybe even a little bit excited about it. 

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS:

• Your overlocker must be in good working order and serviced if necessary
• Electrical safety tagging is mandatory for all machines
• Please ensure you have your instruction manual—it's an essential reference tool
• Foot Control
• Tools supplied with the machine - see instruction book for any inclusions
• Any additional Accessory Feet that have been purchased
• Tweezers
• Scissors or thread snips
• 4 cones of white, cream or light coloured overlocker thread
• Pen to take notes

Your space in a class is reserved only once full payment has been received.

REFUND & TRANSFER POLICY:

Workshop tickets are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person prior to the workshop date. Please notify us of the transfer with the new attendee's details.

In the event you are unable to attend or forget to come to the workshop, tickets cannot be transferred or refunded after the event has taken place.
